Campbell’s defeated Howard’s 25-8 in the winners bracket. Howard’s then eliminated Steele’s 34-15 to get another crack at Campbell’s. Led by Rick Scherr (4 for 4), Howards beat Campbell’s 15-13 to force the final championship game. Campbell’s left no doubt as they won the title 19-7. Elby Bushong hit 2 HR and had 8 RBI to lead the way.
